Managing Your Saved Searches

Overview

Once you have created saved searches, you can view, edit, filter, and manage them from the Searches tab on the Listening page.

Viewing Your Searches

  1. Go to the Listening page

  2. Click the Searches tab in the left panel

  3. Your searches appear under "All Searches" with a total count

Searching and Filtering

Use the search bar at the top of the Searches panel to filter by name. Start typing and the list narrows in real time.

Click the filter icon next to "Saved Searches" to filter by source type or other criteria.

Search Card Actions

Each search card has a three-dot menu (Open menu) on the right side. Click it to access management options for that search, including editing the query, changing settings, or deleting the search.

Viewing Results for a Specific Search

Click on any search card to filter the main feed to show only results from that search. The feed header updates to show which search is selected.

You can also use the Search dropdown filter above the feed to select a specific search without switching to the Searches tab.

Tips

Use descriptive names that include the platform and purpose, e.g., "Reddit - Competitor Mentions" or "LinkedIn - Buying Intent". This makes filtering and identification much easier as your search list grows.
