How to Connect HubSpot
This guide covers how to connect HubSpot to Trigify and automatically push social listening data into your CRM. Perfect for sales teams who want qualified leads flowing directly into HubSpot.
Connecting Your HubSpot Account
Go to Settings > Integrations in Trigify. Find HubSpot and click Connect. You will be prompted to authorize Trigify with your HubSpot account. Sign in and grant the required permissions.
Once connected, HubSpot will appear as an available node in your workflows.
Adding HubSpot to a Workflow
- Create or edit a workflow
- Add a new node and select HubSpot
- Choose the action: Create Contact, Update Contact, or Create/Update Contact
- Map your fields (see below)
Field Mapping
Here is how common Trigify fields map to HubSpot contact properties:
Handling Duplicates
If you select Create/Update Contact, Trigify will check if a contact with that email already exists in HubSpot. If it does, the existing contact is updated instead of creating a duplicate. This is the recommended action for most use cases.
Adding Post Data as Activity
You can push the original post content and URL as a note on the HubSpot contact. This gives your sales team full context on what the person posted and why they were flagged.

- Listening - Track relevant keywords or profiles
- Agent node - Filter for ICP match
- Enrich node - Get email and phone from LinkedIn profiles
- HubSpot node - Create/update contact with enriched data
