Invoices & Payment Methods

Trigify uses Stripe to handle all billing. From the Manage Plan page, you can access the Stripe billing portal to view invoices, download receipts, and update your payment card.


How to Open the Billing Portal

  1. Go to Settings > Manage Plan.

  2. In the Manage Subscription section at the top of the page, click View Invoices.

  3. The Stripe billing portal opens in a new browser tab.

Note: Only users with the Admin role can access billing. Members do not see the Manage Plan page or the View Invoices button.


Viewing and Downloading Invoices

  1. Open the Stripe billing portal (steps above).

  2. Browse your full invoice history. Each invoice shows the date, amount, and status.

  3. Click any invoice to view full details.

  4. Click Download to save a PDF copy for your records, accounting, or expense management.


Updating Your Payment Method (Changing Your Card)

  1. Open the Stripe billing portal by clicking View Invoices on the Manage Plan page.

  2. In the Stripe portal, find the Payment methods section.

  3. To add a new card, click Add payment method and enter your card details.

  4. To update an existing card, click Update next to the card you want to change.

  5. To remove a card, select the card and choose the remove option.

  6. Save your changes.

Important: Make sure you always have at least one valid payment method on file. If your payment fails, your subscription may be paused until the payment issue is resolved.
