Manage Your Plan
Trigify makes it simple to view, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription. Here is how to manage your plan from within the app.
How to Access Plan Management
Navigate to Settings > Billing.
Or go directly to
/settings/billing.
Available Plans
Note: Keyword Engagement and Influencer Search are not available on the Pay As You Go plan. A dedicated Account Manager is included with Scale and Enterprise plans only. All plans include unlimited searches and unlimited workflows.
Upgrading or Downgrading
Go to the Billing page in Settings.
Select a new tier and confirm your choice.
Upgrades take effect immediately, with prorated billing for the remainder of your current cycle.
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Viewing Invoices
All past invoices are accessible from the billing page. Click any invoice to view or download it.
Cancelling Your Account
If you need to cancel, you can do so from the billing settings. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Pro tip: Before cancelling, consider downgrading to Pay As You Go instead. You will keep access to Trigify without a monthly commitment, and only pay for what you use.
