What Smartlead Does in Trigify

Smartlead is an email outreach platform with AI-powered warmup and deliverability optimization. Connect it to Trigify to automatically add enriched, high-intent leads to your Smartlead campaigns.

Connecting Smartlead

  1. Open or create a workflow in Trigify.
  2. Click Add action on any node.
  3. Select Smartlead and choose your action.
  4. Click Connect Smartlead when prompted.
  5. Paste your Smartlead API key (found in your Smartlead account under Settings > API).
  6. Once connected, configure your field mappings.

What It Does

Send to Smartlead Campaign

Sends leads to a selected Smartlead campaign, including any custom fields you map.

How to Use It

  1. Add a Smartlead action to your workflow.
  2. Select Send to Smartlead Campaign.
  3. Choose the campaign you want leads sent to from the dropdown.
  4. Map your fields (email, first name, last name, custom variables).
  5. Save and activate your workflow.

Example Workflow

  1. A Listening trigger picks up a prospect discussing a problem you solve.
  2. An enrichment action pulls their verified email and company info.
  3. A Send to Smartlead Campaign action drops them into your outreach sequence.

Tips

Tip: Make sure your Smartlead campaign has active sending accounts and warmup enabled before pushing leads from Trigify.

Note: Custom fields in Smartlead must be created in your campaign before you can map them in Trigify.
