Overview

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Trigify platform. Trigify is a business-to-business service; consumer cancellation rights do not apply. By creating an account, placing a payment card on file, purchasing credits or a subscription, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Business-to-Business Status and Contract Formation

  • You represent and warrant that you are acting for purposes of your trade, business, or profession and not as a consumer.

  • By creating an account, placing a card on file, purchasing credits/subscription, or using the Services, you accept these Terms.

  • If both parties sign an Order Form or Master Agreement, that document prevails over these Terms where inconsistent.

Service Overview

Trigify.io provides a SaaS platform that helps businesses identify potential customer interest by analysing engagement across social media and related sources. The Services surface social signals, engagement metrics, topic interest, and thought-leadership trends to support data-driven sales and marketing decisions.

Accounts, Access and Security

  • Account creation: An account is required. During sign-up we process details (e.g., name, email, authentication data) via trusted providers (e.g., Clerk for auth).

  • Card required: A valid payment card must be on file to activate and use the platform.

  • Sign-in options: Google sign-in is supported. LinkedIn sign-up/sign-in is not supported.

  • Your responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your account.

  • Teams and agencies: You may invite team members. Agencies may invite clients. Affiliate/reseller activity requires prior written approval.

User Responsibilities and Compliance

You must follow ethical data practices and all applicable laws on privacy, IP, and fair use. You must not:

  • Attempt to scrape, extract, or replicate platform data outside the features provided

  • Engage in fraudulent or malicious activity, including unauthorised account access

  • Use outputs for unlawful purposes (e.g., spamming, phishing, deceptive marketing)

  • Share credentials or grant unauthorised third-party access

We may apply technical/rate limits to protect the Service.

Data Usage and Collection

  • Integrations: You may push data from Trigify to your CRM, email, or sales tools. You must have your own accounts with third-party tools. Trigify does not send emails, run LinkedIn automation, or manage outbound campaigns.

  • Data sourcing: Trigify does not use user profiles (e.g., LinkedIn) to scrape or collect external data. Platform data is independently sourced.

  • No selling of user data: We do not sell user data. Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Credit model

Trigify operates on a credit basis. Actions consume credits; rates are shown in-product.

Starter credits

New accounts receive 250 promotional credits (free, no cash value, non-transferable, may expire sooner).

Purchases

Buy pay-as-you-go credit packs and/or subscriptions with periodic credit allowances.

Card authorisation

Adding a card authorises us and Stripe to store it, place verification pre-authorisations, and charge for purchases, auto-top-ups, taxes, and fees.

Auto-top-up

Optional. Authorises merchant-initiated transactions. Disable any time in billing settings.

Billing cycles

Monthly or annual billing for subscriptions. Discounts for annual plans may apply.

VAT

Prices shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes added at checkout.

Payment issues

No late-payment penalties, but access may be suspended if charges fail.

Service Availability and Support

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service.

  • Support is available via Slack, live chat, and email. We aim to address reported technical issues within 48 hours.

Security and Compliance

  • Industry-standard encryption (in transit and at rest where appropriate), access controls, and secure authentication.

  • Access to customer data is limited to authorised personnel.

  • Periodic reviews and compliance with UK data protection laws.

  • Data incident notification where required by law.

Cancellation, Refunds and Chargebacks

  • No free trial: Starter credits are provided instead.

  • Credits are non-refundable once added to your account, except where required by law or in cases of severe technical fault (notify within 14 days).

  • Subscriptions: Cancel any time in billing settings. Stops future renewals. Current period access continues; no refund for the current period.

  • Account cancellation: Via settings or support. Prevents new charges but does not convert unused credits to cash.

  • Mistaken charges: Contact support within 14 days.

  • Chargebacks: Access may be suspended during investigation; chargeback fees may be passed through if dispute is unfounded.

Credit Expiry and Inactivity

  • Purchased credits expire no sooner than 12 months from purchase.

  • Promotional credits may carry shorter expiry.

  • Reasonable reminders sent before credits expire.

  • Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

Intellectual Property and Licence

  • The Services, software, and content are owned by or licensed to Trigify. No IP rights transfer except the usage licence.

  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal business purposes.

  • You retain rights to data you lawfully provide; you grant us a licence to process it as necessary.

Third-Party Services

The Services may interoperate with third-party products (e.g., CRMs, email tools, SSO, payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party terms, performance, or availability.

Disclaimers and Liability

  • Services provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties.

  • Outputs may depend on third-party sources and may not be error-free.

  • We exclude liability for indirect/consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data.

  • Total aggregate liability capped at the greater of amounts paid in the prior 12 months or Β£1,000.

Suspension and Termination

  • By Trigify: Immediate suspension/termination for breach, platform risk, or non-payment.

  • By you: Terminate any time via settings or support.

  • Effect: Licence ends, access stops. Minimal records retained as required by law.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms. Material changes will receive reasonable notice (in-product or email). Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law and Disputes

Governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes resolved in good faith first (including mediation), then subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
