How to Use Add Contact to Sequence

One of the most powerful Apollo actions is adding contacts directly into outreach sequences:

  1. Add an Apollo > Add Contact to Sequence action to your workflow node.

  2. Select the sequence you want to add contacts to from the dropdown.

  3. Map the contact fields (email is typically required by your sequence).

  4. Run the workflow. Contacts that match your trigger criteria are automatically enrolled.

Example Workflow

Trigger: A decision-maker at a target account posts on LinkedIn.

Step 1: Apollo > Enrich Person (2 credits) to fill in email, title, and company details.

Step 2: Apollo > Add Contact to Sequence (2 credits) to drop them into your outbound sequence.

Total cost: 4 credits per lead, fully automated from signal to sequence.

Tips

Tip: All Apollo actions cost 2 credits each. Apollo is one of the most cost-effective enrichment and CRM options in Trigify.

Tip: Use Enrich Person and Enrich Company together to build a full picture before pushing to your CRM or outreach tool.
