Notion
Connect Trigify to Notion to automatically create pages, update databases, and organize enriched social signal data in your team workspace.
What Notion Does in Trigify
The Notion integration lets you push enriched lead data and social signals directly into Notion databases. Build prospect lists, log buying signals, or create a real-time feed of relevant social activity, all without leaving Notion.
Connecting Notion
Open or create a workflow in Trigify
Click Add action on any node
Select Notion and choose your action
Click Connect Notion in the configuration panel
You will be redirected to Notion to authorize Trigify and select which pages or databases to share
Once authorized, you are returned to Trigify and can configure your action
Important: During the Notion authorization step, make sure you grant access to the specific databases you want Trigify to use. Notion only allows access to pages you explicitly share.
Available Actions
How to Create a Database Page
Add a Notion > Create Database Page action to your workflow
Select the database you want to add rows to
Map your Trigify data fields to Notion database properties (columns)
Save and activate your workflow
Using Query Database
The Query Database action lets you search your Notion database before creating or updating records. This is useful for checking if a lead already exists, avoiding duplicates, or pulling existing data into your workflow for conditional logic.
Example Workflow
Trigger: A tracked LinkedIn post matches your "product feedback" keyword group.
Enrich: Pull the poster's company and role data.
Action 1: Query your Notion leads database to check if this person already exists.
Action 2: If not found, create a new database page with their name, company, role, and the matched post.
Tips
Tip: Set up your Notion database columns before building your workflow. Trigify will pull in the available properties when you configure the action, so having the right structure in place first saves time.
