Tracking engagement through Trigify opens up powerful opportunities to identify and connect with highly relevant prospects. By monitoring thought leaders who discuss topics aligned with your solution, you tap into an audience already interested in solving problems you address. Tracking competitors helps you identify potential customers engaging with similar solutions, while monitoring your personal brand allows you to capitalize on those already showing interest in your content.
This three-pronged approach (thought leaders, competitors, and personal brand) creates a comprehensive net for capturing engaged prospects, essentially turning social media engagement into a targeted lead generation engine. The key is finding the right mix of profiles to track based on your specific goals and target audience.
Steps:
Navigate to your dashboard (https://app.trigify.io/).
Click "Engagement" on the left nav bar.
Click the "Plus" Icon next to your current connected profiles.
Here you can add more or delete currently selected profiles. Let's add another, Click "Add another profile", then copy and paste desired profile URL in.
*This can be company or user profiles. Please notes, we do not currently track reposts or ad posts.Click "Next".
Setup your sync. We recommend daily syncs. Then click "Next". Your sync will start to run.
*Please note: The system typically takes 24-48 hours to gather initial engagement data, give at least 48 hours before making assessments
