The List Issues action lets you pull existing issues from Linear into your workflow. Use it to check for duplicates before creating a new issue, or to find related issues and update them with fresh signal data.

Example Workflow

Trigger: A tracked LinkedIn post matches your "feature request" keyword group.

Enrich: Pull the poster's company and role data.

Action: Create a Linear issue in your product backlog with the post content, poster details, and a link to the original post. Set priority based on the poster's company size.

Tips

Tip: Use labels in Linear to tag issues created by Trigify (e.g., "social-signal" or "user-feedback") so your product team can easily filter and prioritize them.
