  2. Select the base and table you want to add records to

  3. Map your Trigify data fields to Airtable columns

  4. Save and activate your workflow

Using Search Records

The Search Records action lets you find existing records before creating new ones. Use it to check for duplicates, pull existing data into your workflow, or build conditional logic based on what is already in your Airtable base.

Example Workflow

Trigger: A tracked LinkedIn post matches your "buying intent" keyword group.

Enrich: Pull the poster's company, role, and email data.

Action 1: Search your Airtable leads table for an existing record with the same email.

Action 2: Use Create or Update Record to either add a new lead or update the existing one with the latest signal data.

Tips

Tip: Use the Create or Update Record action with a lookup field (like email or LinkedIn URL) to keep your Airtable base clean and deduplicated automatically.
