Airtable
Connect Trigify to Airtable to build flexible, custom databases powered by real-time social signals and enriched lead data.
What Airtable Does in Trigify
The Airtable integration lets you push enriched data from Trigify workflows directly into Airtable bases. Build custom lead databases, track social signals, manage outreach lists, or create any structured dataset your team needs.
Connecting Airtable
Open or create a workflow in Trigify
Click Add action on any node
Select Airtable and choose your action
Click Connect Airtable in the configuration panel
You will be redirected to Airtable to authorize Trigify and select which bases to share
Once authorized, you are returned to Trigify and can configure your action
Available Actions
Important: The Create or Update Record action costs 3 credits (instead of the usual 2) because it performs a lookup and then a create or update in a single step.
How to Create a Record
Add an Airtable > Create Record action to your workflow
Select the base and table you want to add records to
Map your Trigify data fields to Airtable columns
Save and activate your workflow
Using Search Records
The Search Records action lets you find existing records before creating new ones. Use it to check for duplicates, pull existing data into your workflow, or build conditional logic based on what is already in your Airtable base.
Example Workflow
Trigger: A tracked LinkedIn post matches your "buying intent" keyword group.
Enrich: Pull the poster's company, role, and email data.
Action 1: Search your Airtable leads table for an existing record with the same email.
Action 2: Use Create or Update Record to either add a new lead or update the existing one with the latest signal data.
Tips
Tip: Use the Create or Update Record action with a lookup field (like email or LinkedIn URL) to keep your Airtable base clean and deduplicated automatically.
