What Surfe Does in Trigify

Surfe is a data enrichment provider inside Trigify. Use it to find people at companies, enrich emails, get company details, and look up phone numbers, all directly within your workflows.


Connecting Surfe

  1. Open or create a workflow in Trigify.

  2. Click Add action on any node and select Surfe.

  3. Choose an action (e.g. Email Enrichment).

  4. Click Connect Surfe in the configuration panel.

  5. Paste your Surfe API key. You can find this in your Surfe dashboard under Settings > API.

  6. Once connected, configure your field mappings and run.

How to Use Email Enrichment

Email Enrichment is the most popular Surfe action. Here is how to set it up:

  1. Add a Surfe > Email Enrichment action to your workflow node.

  2. Map either the LinkedIn URL field, or map First Name, Last Name, and Company Name.

  3. Run the workflow. Surfe queries 6 providers in a waterfall and validates the result through ZeroBounce.

Note: LinkedIn URL gives the best match rate. Fall back to name + company when you do not have a profile URL.

Example Workflow

Trigger: New LinkedIn post detected from a target account.

Step 1: Surfe > Find People (1 credit) to discover contacts at the company.

Step 2: Surfe > Email Enrichment (3 credits) to get verified email addresses.

Step 3: Send enriched leads to your outreach tool (Instantly, Smartlead) or CRM (HubSpot, Attio).

Tip: Phone Enrichment costs 26 credits per lookup. Reserve it for high-priority leads where a phone call is your intended next step.

Tip: Use Find People first to build a list, then chain Email Enrichment to get contact details. This keeps your workflow efficient and credits low.
