Trigify uses a credit system to meter usage across searches, workflows, enrichments, and AI actions. The Credit Usage page gives you a detailed, filterable log of every credit-consuming event in your workspace.

Quick View: The Usage Popover

You can check your credit consumption at a glance from any page in Trigify:

  1. Click the Usage button in the top navigation bar (visible on every page, next to Help & Support).

  2. A popover appears showing:

  • Credits used vs. total (e.g., "849 / 100K")

  • Renewal date (e.g., "Workflow credits renew on 09 Mar.")

  • A link to View detailed credit usage (opens the full Credit Usage page)

  • A link to Learn more (opens the credits help article)

How to Access the Credit Usage Page

  1. Go to Settings > Credit Usage.

  2. Or click View detailed credit usage from the Usage popover.

You can also navigate directly to /settings/credit-usage.

Understanding the Credit Usage Table

The page displays a table of all credit-consuming events under the heading Live meter events:

Column

What It Shows

Action

The type of event (e.g., LINKEDIN_SEARCH, REDDIT_SEARCH, WORKFLOW_RUN). Tells you what consumed the credits.

Details

The specific search name or workflow that triggered the event, plus a preview of the matched content (truncated).

Credits

The number of credits consumed by this event (e.g., 1 credit for a search result).

Date

The exact timestamp of when the event occurred (e.g., "February 16, 2026 at 9:12 AM").

Filtering and Sorting

  • Filter by date: Click the Filter by date button above the table to narrow results to a specific time range.

  • Sort by column: Click any column header (Action, Details, Credits, or Date) to sort the table by that column.

  • Pagination: The table displays 25 events per page. Use the navigation controls at the bottom (first, previous, next, last) to browse through pages. A page indicator (e.g., "Page 1 of 34") shows your position.

Note: Usage data is not real-time. There may be a short delay (usually a few minutes) before the most recent events appear in the table.

When Credits Renew

If you are on a monthly subscription plan (Essential, Growth, Scale, or Enterprise), your credits renew at the start of each billing cycle. The exact renewal date is shown in the Usage popover.

Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. They reset when your billing cycle renews.

Pay As You Go users do not have a monthly credit allocation. Credits are charged per use at $0.012 each.
