Terms and Conditions
Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Trigify's platform, products, and services. By creating an account, placing a payment card on file, purchasing credits or a subscription, or using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Business Users Only
You represent and warrant that you are acting for purposes of your trade, business, or profession and not as a consumer. These Terms form a business-to-business agreement. Consumer cancellation rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply.
Accounts and Sign-In
Account creation: An account is required. During sign-up we collect and securely process details (name, email, authentication data) using trusted providers including Stripe and Clerk.
Sign-in options: Google sign-in is supported. LinkedIn sign-up/sign-in is not supported.
Security: You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Teams and agencies: You may invite team members to a single organisation account. Agencies may invite clients. Affiliate/reseller activity requires prior written approval.
Plans, Credits and Card-on-File
Payments, Pricing and Taxes
Prices shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT and applicable taxes added at checkout.
Receipts/invoices issued electronically.
We may change prices, credit denominations, or plan features with advance notice for material changes to recurring charges.
Charges processed in the currency shown at checkout. Your bank may add fees or FX spreads.
All amounts must be paid without set-off or counterclaim.
Cancellation, Refunds and Chargebacks
No free trial: Starter credits are provided instead.
Credits are non-refundable once added, except where required by law or in cases of severe technical fault (notify within 14 days).
Subscriptions: Cancel any time in billing settings. Stops future renewals. Current period access continues; no refund for the current period.
Account cancellation: Via settings or support. Prevents new charges but unused credits are not converted to cash.
Mistaken charges: Contact support within 14 days for correction.
Chargebacks: Access may be suspended during investigation; chargeback fees may apply if dispute is unfounded.
Extended outage: If the Service is wholly unusable for over 48 hours (after written notice, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure), we may provide a pro-rata refund or equivalent service credits.
Credit Expiry and Inactivity
Purchased credits expire no sooner than 12 months from purchase.
Promotional credits may carry shorter expiry, shown in-product.
Reasonable reminders sent before credits expire.
Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
Usage Rights and Acceptable Use
Subject to these Terms and payment of fees, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal business purposes. You must not:
Scrape or extract data outside provided features
Interfere with or degrade the Service
Probe or breach security
Use the Service unlawfully, to spam, or to infringe rights
Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without consent
We may apply technical/rate limits (fair use) to protect the platform.
Service Availability and Support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service.
Support available via live chat, and email. We aim to address issues within 48 hours.
Marketing and Brand Usage
You grant us permission to reference your organisation's name and logo in customer lists, websites, decks, and case studies. You may revoke this on reasonable notice.
You may reference Trigify truthfully but not in misleading, unlawful, or inappropriate ways.
Electronic marketing only in line with UK PECR (soft opt-in where applicable), with unsubscribe in every message.
Data Protection and Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Industry-standard security, restricted access to authorised personnel, vetted sub-processors.
On account closure, retention and deletion handled per our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, access controls, secure authentication.
Card data processed by PCI-compliant providers. Strong Customer Authentication may be required.
Prompt action and notification on incidents where legally required.
Intellectual Property
The Services, software, and content are owned by or licensed to Trigify. No IP rights transfer except the usage licence.
You retain rights to data you lawfully input. You grant us a licence to process it as necessary.
Disclaimers and Liability
Outputs may depend on third-party data and may not be error-free.
Services provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We exclude liability for indirect/consequential loss, loss of profits/revenue/data, or business interruption.
Total aggregate liability capped at the greater of amounts paid in the prior 12 months or Β£1,000.
Suspension and Termination
By Trigify: Immediate suspension/termination for breach, platform risk, or non-payment.
By you: Terminate any time via settings or support.
Effect: Licence ends, access stops. Minimal records retained as required by law.
Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms. Material changes will receive reasonable notice (in-product or email). Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes resolved in good faith first (including mediation), then subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
