Upgrading, Downgrading & Cancelling

You can change your Trigify plan or cancel your subscription at any time from the Manage Plan page. This article walks you through exactly how each action works.


How to Access Plan Management

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar.

  2. Click Manage Plan.

You can also navigate directly to http://app.trigify.io/settings/manage-plan.


Upgrading Your Plan

  1. On the Manage Plan page, find the plan you want to upgrade to in the pricing table.

  2. Click the Upgrade button under that plan.

  3. Confirm your selection.

What happens when you upgrade:

  • The upgrade takes effect immediately.

  • You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle. For example, if you are halfway through your billing month, you pay half the price difference.

  • Your new credit allocation and any additional features (such as Keyword Engagement or Influencer Search) are available right away.


Downgrading Your Plan

  1. On the Manage Plan page, find the plan you want to downgrade to.

  2. Click the Downgrade button under that plan.

  3. Confirm your selection.

What happens when you downgrade:

  • The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

  • You keep all your current plan's features and credit allocation until the current period ends.

Cancelling Your Subscription

  1. Go to Settings > Manage Plan.

  2. In the Manage Subscription section at the top of the page, click Cancel Account.

  3. Follow the confirmation steps to complete the cancellation.

What happens after cancelling:

  • Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period.

  • You will not be charged again if you are on a plan.

  • If you are on a Pay-as-you-go you plan you will be charge for the credit amount that you have used thus far.

  • All your data, workflows, and searches remain accessible until the billing period ends.

  • After the billing period ends, your account is deactivated.

Tip: Before cancelling, consider switching to Pay As You Go instead. You keep full access to Trigify with no monthly commitment and only pay for the credits you actually use.
