Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your Trigify subscription anytime from the Manage Plan section in your dashboard.

Switching Plans

  1. Head to Manage Plan in settings

  2. Choose a new plan that fits your needs.

  3. Pro-rated billing: If you upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle, we’ll automatically calculate the difference and apply a pro-rated charge/credit for the rest of the month.

Viewing Invoices

  1. Head to Manage Plan in settings

  2. Click the View Invoices button to access your full billing history.

  3. Download invoices for your records, accounting, or expense management.

Canceling Your Account

  1. Head to Manage Plan in settings

  2. You’ll find the option to Cancel Account.

  3. Once canceled, your subscription won’t renew at the next billing cycle, but you’ll still have access until the end of your current paid period.

Pro tip: If you’re testing different usage levels, start on Pay-As-You-Go or Starter. You can always scale up in Manage Plan when your credit usage grows.
