How do I get my data into Clay / my CRM / Google Sheets?

Getting your Trigify data into the tools you already use is one of the first things everyone asks about. Here is how to connect to the most popular destinations.

Clay

1. In Clay, create a new table and add a Webhook source. Copy the webhook URL.2. In your Trigify workflow, add an HTTP Request node after your enrichment steps.3. Set the method to POST and paste your Clay webhook URL.4. Map the fields you want to send (e.g., person name, email, company, post URL).5. Publish your workflow. New matching posts will automatically flow into Clay.

HubSpot, Attio, and Salesforce

1. In your workflow, add the native integration node for your CRM (HubSpot, Attio, or Salesforce).2. Connect your account when prompted.3. Choose the object type (e.g., Contact, Lead, Company).4. Map Trigify fields to your CRM fields (name, email, company, business network URL, etc.).5. Publish your workflow.

Google Sheets

1. Option A: Use the HTTP Request node with the Google Sheets API to append rows directly.

2. Option B: Set up a Zapier webhook that adds rows to your sheet, then use HTTP Request in Trigify to hit that webhook URL.

3. Map your fields and publish.

Airtable

Trigify has a native Airtable integration. Add the Airtable node to your workflow, connect your account, select your base and table, and map your fields.

Tip: Always add an If Condition node before your integration step to filter out irrelevant posts. This keeps your CRM or sheet clean and saves credits.
