Social Accounts Settings

Where to connect social accounts in Trigify, which platforms are currently connectable, and how social account seats are billed.

Trigify connects to social accounts to power actions like posting, DMing, or interacting on your behalf. You manage these connections from Settings β†’ Social Accounts.

Opening Social Accounts settings

  1. Click your workspace icon in the sidebar and open Settings.
  2. Select Social Accounts from the settings menu.

Connectable platforms

Today, X is the only platform you can actively connect. The following platforms are visible in the Social Accounts settings as coming soon:

  • Business Network
  • Reddit
  • Substack
  • YouTube

Monitoring those sources does not require an account connection β€” only actions (e.g. posting or commenting) do. If you only want to listen on a source, set up a saved search instead. See Create Social Listening Search.

Connecting an X account

  1. From Settings β†’ Social Accounts, click Connect next to X.
  2. Authorise Trigify in the popup window.
  3. The connected account appears in the list with its handle and the seat it occupies.

Seats and billing

  • Social account seats are priced at $10/month per seat.
  • Some plans include a number of seats by default; additional seats can be purchased between 1 and 10 from the Social Accounts settings.
  • Some plans include unlimited seats.
  • Seats are billed monthly, separately from credit usage.

Disconnecting an account

Click Disconnect next to the account. This immediately stops Trigify from taking any further actions on that account; in-flight workflow runs that depend on the disconnected account will fail rather than silently skip.
