Account Settings

Your Account Settings page is where you manage your personal profile in Trigify. This is where you update your name, upload a profile photo, set your role, and choose your country.


How to Access Account Settings

  1. Click your profile icon at the bottom-left corner of the sidebar. Your name and email are displayed next to it.

  2. From the menu that appears, select Settings.

  3. The Account tab is selected by default, showing your personal profile.

You can also navigate directly by typing https://app.trigify.io/settings/account into your browser address bar.


Profile Fields

The Account page displays the following fields:

First Name

Text input

Your first name. Displayed across Trigify wherever your name appears (workspace member lists, chat messages, etc.).

Last Name

Text input

Your last name, shown alongside your first name.

Email

Read-only

The email address linked to your account. Displayed as plain text and cannot be edited from this page.

Role

Text input

Your job title or role (e.g., "Head of Growth", "Sales Manager"). Visible to other members of your workspace.

Country

Dropdown

Your country or region. Select from the dropdown list.

How to Edit Your Profile

  1. Click into any editable field (First Name, Last Name, Role, or Country).

  2. Make your changes.

  3. Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply.

  4. To undo unsaved changes, click Cancel instead.

Your updated profile is reflected across the workspace immediately after saving.


Profile Photo

A profile photo personalizes your account and makes it easier for teammates to identify you.

How to Upload or Change Your Photo

  1. On the Account Settings page, find the Your photo section.

  2. Click the photo area or the Choose File button.

  3. Select an image from your device.

  4. Click Save to apply.

Recommended

Square images work best (Trigify crops to a circular avatar)

Tip: Use a clear headshot or company logo at a square aspect ratio. The circular crop can cut off edges of non-square images.
