How to sign in, sign up, and reset your password

Trigify uses passwordless sign-in: instead of a password, you enter your email and we send you a one-time verification code. This article covers signing in, creating an account, and resetting your password.

Signing in

  1. Go to the sign-in page and enter your email address.
  2. Click Continue. We email you a 6-digit verification code.
  3. Enter the code. You’re signed in as soon as all six digits are entered — no password needed.

There is no password field on the sign-in screen. Sign-in is by email code only. You only set a password when you create your account or reset one.

Creating an account

  1. On the sign-up page, enter your full name, email, and a password (at least 8 characters).
  2. Click Create Account. We email you a 6-digit verification code.
  3. Enter the code to verify your email and finish creating your account.
  4. You’re taken into onboarding to set up your workspace.

Resetting your password

Because day-to-day sign-in is passwordless, most people never need their password. If you do need to reset it:

  1. From the sign-in page, go to forgot password.
  2. Enter your email and we’ll send a 6-digit reset code.
  3. Enter the code, then set a new password (at least 8 characters) and confirm it.
  4. You’ll be returned to sign-in.

Joining via an invitation

If a teammate invites you to their Trigify workspace, your invitation link takes you straight to the accept flow — sign in or create your account and you’ll join their workspace automatically.
