Overview

The Gmail integration lets you send personalised emails directly from your Trigify workflows. Connect your Google account and automate outreach, follow-ups, and notifications triggered by social listening data.

The Send Email action costs 2 credits per execution.

How to Connect

  1. Open or create a workflow

  2. Add a Send Email action node (found under Integrations)

  3. Click Connect Gmail in the configuration panel

  4. Authorise with your Google account via OAuth

Common Use Cases

Signal-based outreach: When a social listening search finds a high-intent post, enrich the author, then send a personalised email referencing their post.

Automated notifications: Send yourself or your team an email when specific social signals are detected.

Limitations

Gmail sending limits apply based on your Google account type. Standard Gmail accounts can send up to 500 emails per day. Google Workspace accounts have higher limits.
