Overview

Jarvis is your AI Assistant that helps you build automation workflows just by prompting it. No need to click through menus or learn complicated settings, just tell it what you want and it builds it for you.

Please Note: Jarvis is designed primarily to help you build and execute workflows. It will not set up a social listening search for you. However, it can help with some suggestions.

What is Jarvis best at:

  1. Building / editing workflows

  2. Debugging listening searches and workflows

  3. Checking your data

What is Jarvis not:

  1. The AI is not a chatbot for help with the platform (Its uses credits)

  2. A way to speak to customer support.

  3. A complete replacement for manual configuration (You will still need to make sure you are happy with any adjustments produced by it)

Getting Started Right Now

Step 1: Open the AI Assistant (look for the chat icon) in the top right.

Step 2: Try one of these:

  • "Show me my saved searches"

  • "How many credits have I used?"

  • "Create a workflow that sends Slack messages when posts mention [your topic]"

Step 3: Follow the assistant's prompts and connect any tools it asks for

That's it. The assistant will guide you through everything else.
