Workspace administration
Managing your organization in Trigify is simple and flexible. You can invite new teammates, assign roles, and manage your entire workspace from one place.
Accessing Workspace Settings
On the top left of the sidebar, you’ll see your company’s icon. Clicking this opens the organization management menu, where you can adjust everything related to your workspace.
Inviting & Managing Members
From the Members tab, you can:
Invite new users to your organization by email.
Assign roles such as Admin or Member to control access and permissions.
Remove users if someone leaves the company or no longer needs access.
Roles & Permissions
Admins: Full control over billing, integrations, workflows, and workspace settings.
Members: Can create and manage workflows, signals, and searches but don’t have billing or organization-wide permissions.
Organization Settings
In the General tab, you can:
Update your organization profile (name, icon, branding).
Add a verified domain to let teammates automatically join using their company email.
Leave or delete the organization (admins only).
With these tools, you can easily scale your workspace while keeping access secure and organized.
