Trigify Pricing Plans

Trigify pricing is based on credits and plan limits, not normal per-user seats. Your plan determines your monthly credits, saved-search limits, workspace limits, and access to features such as BYOK, Jarvis execution, and enterprise controls.

Important: switching from a legacy plan

If you switch away from a legacy plan, you may lose legacy pricing, monthly credit allowance, account-management benefits, or old feature access. Review the plan-change confirmation carefully before switching.

Credits vs seats

Trigify is primarily credit-based. You do not pay a standard per-user fee just to add normal team members. Social account seats are separate from normal users and apply when connecting social accounts for posting or account-specific actions.

Overage

Starter and Max include a monthly credit allowance and can use overage credits at $0.012 per credit, subject to your workspace settings and spend controls.

Profile monitoring and social engagement limits

Plan limits can include monthly credits, saved searches, workspaces, profile monitoring, and access to social engagement or social action features. If your workspace is on a legacy or custom plan, the in-app Manage Plan page is the source of truth. Ask support to confirm exact profile-monitoring limits if the pricing page and app disagree.
