How to sign in, sign up, and reset your password
Trigify uses passwordless sign-in: instead of a password, you enter your email and we send you a one-time verification code. This article covers signing in, creating an account, and resetting your password.
Signing in
- Go to the sign-in page and enter your email address.
- Click Continue. We email you a 6-digit verification code.
- Enter the code. You’re signed in as soon as all six digits are entered — no password needed.
There is no password field on the sign-in screen. Sign-in is by email code only. You only set a password when you create your account or reset one.
Creating an account
- On the sign-up page, enter your full name, email, and a password (at least 8 characters).
- Click Create Account. We email you a 6-digit verification code.
- Enter the code to verify your email and finish creating your account.
- You’re taken into onboarding to set up your workspace.
Resetting your password
Because day-to-day sign-in is passwordless, most people never need their password. If you do need to reset it:
- From the sign-in page, go to forgot password.
- Enter your email and we’ll send a 6-digit reset code.
- Enter the code, then set a new password (at least 8 characters) and confirm it.
- You’ll be returned to sign-in.
Joining via an invitation
If a teammate invites you to their Trigify workspace, your invitation link takes you straight to the accept flow — sign in or create your account and you’ll join their workspace automatically.
