How do I add users or seats to my account?

You can invite teammates into your Trigify organisation so they share your workspace, workflows, and data.

How to add a teammate

  1. Open the organisation menu (your workspace name in the sidebar).
  2. Open the members/organisation settings.
  3. Enter the teammate’s email and send the invite.

They’ll get an invitation link; accepting it adds them to your organisation automatically.

Everyone in the same organisation shares the same workspace — the same workflows, searches, and credit balance. You don’t each get a separate pool of credits.

“Not allowed to access this application” on invite

If an invited teammate sees this, it’s usually one of:

  • Member limit reached — your organisation has hit the number of members it allows. You may need to upgrade or free up a seat.
  • Wrong email — they accepted with a different email than the one invited. Re-invite the exact address they’ll sign in with.

Note: “social seats” are a separate thing from team members — those are seats for connecting social accounts to take actions, not for adding people to your workspace.
