Managing workflows and folders

The Workflows page is your workflow library. This article covers creating, organising, and managing your workflows from the list — the editor itself is covered separately.

Creating a workflow

Click + New Custom Flow, give it a name and an optional description, and click Create. This creates a disabled draft and opens it in the editor.

Reading a workflow card

Each workflow appears as a card showing a compact summary: the trigger icon, the first couple of action icons (with a +N for any beyond that), when it was last updated, and a status badge.

Badge

Meaning

Active

Published and enabled — it’s running.

Inactive

Published but disabled — it won’t run until you enable it.

Draft

Not published yet.

An orange alert icon on a card means a published workflow has unpublished changes — publish again to push them live.

Organising with folders

Use folders to group related workflows:

  • Create Folder — name it and pick an icon.
  • Drag a workflow onto a folder to move it in, or use the card menu’s Move to Folder.
  • Move Out — from a workflow inside a folder, returns it to the unorganised list.
  • Reorder — drag workflows to change their order.

Deleting a folder also deletes every workflow inside it. Move out anything you want to keep first.

Managing individual workflows

The menu on each card gives you:

  • Rename — change the workflow’s name.
  • Duplicate — creates a disabled copy named “{name} (Copy)”; if the original was in a folder, the copy goes there too.
  • Move to Folder / Move Out.
  • Delete — permanent, with a confirmation. This cannot be undone.
