Refunds and Charges After Cancellation
Use this when you cancelled, tried to cancel, or could not access Trigify but still see a charge.
What to check first
Open Settings β Manage Plan and confirm your current subscription state.
Check which email and workspace the subscription belongs to. Billing can be tied to a different workspace than the one you are currently using.
Check the date of the charge and whether it happened before or after cancellation.
Requesting a refund review
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support and include:
The email on the billed account.
The workspace or organization name.
The charge date and amount.
Whether you cancelled before renewal, could not access the trial, or were charged after cancellation.
Important notes
Cancelling stops future renewals, but refund eligibility may require a manual review.
If you used a different email or workspace, support may need that account information before they can locate the charge.
Do not delete your account until support has reviewed the billing issue.
