What are the limits on Social Signals, and why did my launch fail?
Social Signals is in beta, and how many profiles and companies you can monitor depends on your plan. If your monitor won’t launch, the most common reason is that you’ve gone over your plan’s profile limit.
How many profiles can I monitor?
Your monitored-profile limit is set by your plan:
The setup wizard shows a live count of how many profiles you’ve added against your limit. If you go over, it flags it before you can launch.
Why did my launch fail?
The usual causes, in order:
- Over your profile limit — you’ve added more profiles than your plan allows. Remove some targets, or upgrade, then relaunch.
- Invalid URLs in your list — rows that aren’t valid business network profile or company URLs are flagged in a review panel and skipped. Fix or remove them.
- Too many signal types — you’ve selected more signal types than your plan includes. Trim the selection.
Adding targets by CSV
You can paste URLs or upload a CSV in the setup wizard — Trigify finds the column holding business network URLs and validates each row. Invalid rows are set aside so they don’t block the launch.
Editing an existing monitor uses the same wizard. Removed targets stop being monitored and newly added ones start — see Set up Social Signals monitoring.
