Can I use my own AI model or upload custom knowledge for the AI?
If you want more control over the AI in Trigify, whether that is using your own model or teaching it about your specific business, here is what is possible today.
Bring your own AI model
You can connect your own API keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google AI in Settings > AI Settings. Once connected, all workflow agents (Copy Writer, General Agent, etc.) will use your preferred model.
Why do this? Using your own key gives you access to the latest models, potentially faster responses, and your own usage billing directly with the provider.
Custom knowledge and context
Save to Agent Memory
Use the Save to Agent Memory node in your workflows to store context that agents can reference in future runs. This is great for building up knowledge over time.
Specific Instructions in agents
In the Copy Writer Agent, use the Specific Instructions field to give detailed guidance on tone, style, company info, and talking points. In the General Agent, use the prompt field for the same purpose.
Document upload is not yet supported. You cannot currently upload PDFs, docs, or other files for the AI to reference. For now, paste key information directly into agent prompts or use Agent Memory.
Pro tip: The more specific your agent prompts are, the better the output. Include your value proposition, target audience, tone of voice, and example messages for best results.
