Social Actions vs Social Engagement: Platforms, Plans, and Availability

Social Actions and Social Engagement are related, but they are not the same thing.

Social Engagement means finding people who interact with relevant posts or profiles, such as likes, comments, or other public engagement signals. Use it to build lead lists from people showing intent.

Social Actions means taking an action through a connected social channel, where supported by Trigify and the platform. Availability depends on the platform, plan, and current product support.

Platform availability

Business network: Trigify can monitor public business network activity and use engagement signals where supported. Automated posting or commenting on your behalf may be limited or unavailable.
X/Twitter: Trigify monitors public X activity for listening and engagement signals. Automated posting or actions on X aren’t currently available.
Other platforms: Availability depends on the source and integration.

Plan availability

Some social-action and engagement features may be limited to higher plans or early access. Open Settings → Manage Plan to confirm what your workspace has today.
