Can I get a refund?

This article explains Trigify’s refund policy and how to request one. It reflects our Terms of Service (section 9).

Are credits refundable?

Once credits are added to your account and available to use, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable — except where required by law or under the service-failure remedy below.

A severe technical fault on our side stops you using newly purchased credits

Notify us within 14 days with details. After investigating, we may provide replacement credits or a refund for the affected purchase.

The service is wholly unusable for more than 72 continuous hours (after you’ve notified us in writing)

We may, at our discretion, provide a pro-rata refund or equivalent service credits for the affected period. Excludes scheduled maintenance, force majeure, and issues outside our reasonable control.

You were charged in error or twice

Contact support within 14 days. Confirmed errors are corrected promptly.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time in billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals — amounts already charged for the current period are not refunded, and your access continues until the end of that period (see How do I cancel my subscription or trial?).

Starting a chargeback instead of contacting us may lead to your access being suspended while we investigate, and we may pass on chargeback fees where the dispute is unfounded. Always reach out to support first — we’ll sort genuine issues quickly.

How to request one

Contact support with your workspace name and the charge date, within 14 days of the charge. We’ll review it against the policy above.
