How do I apply a discount code?
Here’s where discount and promo codes go, and what happens if a code didn’t apply.
Applying a code
Enter your discount code at checkout when you choose a paid plan. Applicable taxes (VAT) are added at checkout, and any annual-plan discount shows there too.
A code has to be entered during checkout. Per our Terms, promotional pricing is typically for new customers and does not apply retroactively — it can’t be added to an invoice after payment has gone through.
If your code didn’t apply
If a valid code didn’t register at checkout, contact support with the code and your workspace name. Whether a missed promotion can be honoured afterwards is at our discretion — we’re not obliged to extend promotions once they’ve expired, but we’ll take a look.
