How to Delete Your Account and Organization

Account Deletion Process

Account and organization deletion in Trigify requires manual processing by our team. There is currently no self-service deletion option in the platform.

What You Can Do Yourself

  • Cancel Subscription: Go to Settings > Manage Plan to cancel recurring billing
  • Leave Organization: Remove yourself from a workspace (this severs access but does not delete data)
  • Set Spend Limits: Reduce your spend limit to $1 to minimize charges while deciding

Full Account Deletion

To completely delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Contact our support team via the in-app chat
  2. Request account deletion for your email address
  3. Our team will process the deletion within 1-2 business days

What Gets Deleted

  • All account data and settings
  • Workflow configurations
  • Search histories and results
  • Billing information
  • Organization data (if you are the owner)

Important Notes

  • Irreversible: Account deletion cannot be undone
  • Billing: Any remaining credits will be forfeited
  • Team Impact: Deleting an organization affects all team members

Alternative: Account Suspension

If you are unsure about permanent deletion, consider canceling your subscription instead. This stops billing while preserving your data for potential future use.
