Why can't I see my organisation's workflows?
Workflows in Trigify belong to your organisation, not to individual users — so everyone in the same org sees the same workflows. If you can’t see workflows a teammate built, it’s almost always an organisation mismatch.
Why you might not see them
- You’re in a different organisation — you and your teammate are in separate orgs. Check the organisation name in the sidebar; you need to be in the same one.
- You’re viewing as the wrong active org — if you belong to more than one organisation, switch to the right one from the organisation menu.
- The workflow is still a draft — an unpublished draft may not appear the same way a live workflow does.
To confirm you’re in the right place, check the organisation name in the sidebar matches your teammate’s. Workflows are shared at the org level, so once you’re in the same org, you’ll see them.
If you’re definitely in the same organisation and still can’t see a workflow, contact support with the workflow name and both account emails.
