What HeyReach Does in Trigify

HeyReach is a business network automation platform that handles connection requests, messages, and follow-ups at scale. Connect it to Trigify to automatically add high-intent prospects to your business network campaigns the moment they show buying signals.


Connecting HeyReach

  1. Open or create a workflow in Trigify.

  2. Click Add action on any node and select HeyReach.

  3. Click Connect HeyReach in the configuration panel.

  4. Paste your HeyReach API key (find it in HeyReach under Settings).

  5. Select the campaign you want to send leads to.

  6. Map your fields using the variable picker.

What It Does

Send to HeyReach Campaign

Free

Send leads to a selected HeyReach campaign, including custom fields. The lead enters your business network outreach sequence automatically.


How to Use It

  1. Add a Send to HeyReach Campaign action to your workflow.

  2. Select the target campaign from the dropdown (these are pulled from your HeyReach account).

  3. Map Trigify variables to HeyReach fields. The Business network URL is the most important field since HeyReach uses it to identify and reach out to prospects.

  4. Save and publish your workflow.

Note: HeyReach primarily uses the business network URL to identify prospects. Always make sure this field is mapped. Run Person Enrichment before this action to ensure you have a valid business network profile URL.


Example Workflow

Competitor mention to business network outreach:

New Post (business network) > If Condition (text contains competitor name) > Person Enrichment > If Condition (filter by seniority) > Send to HeyReach Campaign

This workflow catches competitor mentions on a business network, enriches the author, filters for decision-makers, and adds them to a HeyReach campaign with automated connection requests and follow-up messages.


Tips

Tip: Create separate HeyReach campaigns for different signal types (competitor mentions, hiring signals, product interest). This lets you tailor your business network messaging to the specific trigger that identified the prospect.

Tip: For a multi-channel approach, combine HeyReach (business network outreach) with Instantly or Smartlead (email outreach) in the same Trigify workflow. Send the same lead to both platforms from a single trigger.
