Listening Page Overview

Overview

The Listening page is your central hub for social monitoring in Trigify. From here you can manage saved searches, browse results across all platforms, and use Jarvis AI to help set up new monitoring.

Page Layout

The Listening page is split into two main areas:

  • Left panel: Contains two tabs (AI and Searches) plus search management tools

  • Right panel: Displays the combined feed of posts from your saved searches

AI Tab

The AI tab is selected by default when you open the Listening page. It provides a Jarvis AI chat interface where you can ask questions or get help setting up searches in natural language.

Four quick-action buttons are available:

  • Brand Monitoring: Set up monitoring for your brand mentions

  • Competitor tracking: Monitor competitor activity

  • Track Engagement: Follow engagement on specific topics

  • Custom Signals: Build custom monitoring for any use case

Getting help from Jarvis costs credits. Check your credit balance by clicking the "Usage" button in the top right corner.

Searches Tab

Click the Searches tab to view and manage your saved searches. This panel shows:

  • A search bar to filter your saved searches by name

  • A filter button to narrow by source type

  • A + button to create a new search

  • An "All Searches" summary showing the total count

  • Individual search cards (see below)

  • Media attachments (images, videos)

  • Engagement counts: likes and comments

Feed Filters

Two filters sit above the feed:

  • Time filter: Defaults to "Anytime". Use this to narrow results by date range.

  • Search filter: Defaults to "All searches". Select a specific saved search to view only its results.

Click Load More at the bottom to load additional results.
