Subscription Not Found Error

Subscription Not Found Error

Seeing a "Subscription Not Found" error? Here's what it means and how to fix it.

What This Error Means

  • Your subscription has expired or been cancelled

  • There's a mismatch between your account and your payment/subscription records

  • You're logged into a different account or workspace than the one with the active subscription

How to Fix It

Step 1: Check Your Account

Make sure you're logged into the correct Trigify account. If you have multiple accounts or workspaces, verify you're in the right one.

  1. Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner

  2. Check the email address and workspace name

  3. Switch workspaces if needed

Step 2: Check Your Plan Status

  1. Go to Settings in the left sidebar

  2. Click Manage Plan

  3. See if a plan is listed as active

If no plan is active, you'll need to subscribe or reactivate. See our How to Reactivate Your Subscription article.

Step 3: Refresh and Retry

  1. Do a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R)

  2. Log out and log back in

  3. Try accessing Manage Plan again

Step 4: Contact Support

If the error persists after trying the steps above, it may be a backend issue. Reach out through the in-app chat with:

  • Your account email

  • A screenshot of the error

  • What you were trying to do when the error appeared

Our team will investigate and resolve it for you.
