How do I cancel my subscription or trial?

You can cancel your Trigify subscription yourself from inside the app — you don’t need to contact support.

How to cancel

  1. Open Settings → Manage Plan.
  2. Choose to cancel your subscription.
  3. Confirm in the dialog.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Amounts already charged for the current period aren’t refunded, and you keep access — including your remaining credits — until the end of that billing period.

Cancelling during your free trial

Trigify offers a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged when it converts to a paid subscription. Cancel the same way — Settings → Manage Plan — any time before the trial finishes.
