How does the pricing work? What is a credit vs a seat?
The pricing page can be confusing, especially when you see "seats" mentioned. Let us clear it up.
Credits, not seats
Trigify is credit-based, not seat-based. You do not pay per user. Every action in a workflow costs a certain number of credits, and your plan gives you a monthly credit allowance.

What happens if I run out of credits?
On subscription plans, you will not be charged extra. Your workflows will simply pause until your credits renew on your next billing date, or until you manually top up.
On pay-as-you-go plans, you will be charged for your usage. However, you can setup a spend limit in the settings so that you never go over your desired amount.
Tip: Check Settings > Credit Usage regularly to track your consumption and avoid surprises.
