Do unused credits roll over each month?

Short answer: your monthly subscription allowance doesn’t roll over, but purchased credit packs last much longer. Here’s the difference.

The two kinds of credits

Credit type

Do they roll over?

Expiry

Monthly plan allowance

No — resets each billing period

Unused allowance does not carry into the next month

Purchased pay-as-you-go credit packs

Yes — they persist

Expire no sooner than 12 months from purchase

Promotional / trial credits

May expire sooner; shown in-product

Your account shows your current balance and the relevant expiry/reset date under Settings → Credit Usage. We send reminders before purchased credits expire.

So what actually happens at month end?

Your plan’s monthly allowance refills to its full amount — you don’t keep last month’s unused allowance on top. Any pay-as-you-go credits you bought separately stay in your balance, up to their 12-month expiry.

If you regularly run out

If you’re consistently hitting your limit before the reset, a higher plan, enabling auto top-up, or a pay-as-you-go pack is usually cheaper than rationing — see How does the pricing work?
