Using Profile Engagement
Toggle between Post View (see all posts and their engagement) and All Leads View (see everyone who engaged across posts).
Apply filters in All Leads View to segment by role, company, seniority, or keywords.
Export or push leads directly into your CRM or outbound tools.
Automating Lead Routing with Webhooks
You can connect the Webhook on new engagement results directly to the Webhook Trigger inside Automations. This means every new like or comment can trigger a workflow, letting you:
Automatically enrich contacts in real time.
Route qualified leads into your CRM, outbound sequences, or Slack notifications.
Apply business rules (e.g., only send leads with seniority = VP+).
Scale without manual exports β engagement data flows straight into your systems.
Best Practices for Tracking Profiles
Always include your own brand profile(s) to capture warm inbound engagement.
Set up groups (e.g., Competitors, Influencers, Customers) to keep tracking organized.
Use your monthly profile change allowance strategically β keep evergreen profiles always tracked, and rotate in campaign-specific or short-term profiles when needed.
