Limits
Profile Engagement in Trigify is designed to give you a continuous, real-time stream of engagement data. To keep performance optimized and data reliable, there are some limits and rules you should be aware of.
Availability
This feature is only available on subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Premium, Enterprise).
It is not available on Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG).
Monthly Profile Changes
Depending on your subscription, you can change the profiles you are tracking a limited number of times each month:
Starter → 3 profile changes/month
Growth → 5 profile changes/month
Premium → 10 profile changes/month
Enterprise → 20 profile changes/month
⚡ Engagement results themselves are unlimited — there’s no cap on how many likes and comments can be collected.
Engagement Collection Window
When you add a new profile, Trigify will look back 7 days and collect engagement from posts in that window.
Posts older than 7 days will appear in your feed but without engagement data (unless you refresh them manually).
If you see no results, it’s likely because the posts you’re tracking are outside the 7-day window.
Ongoing Sync Process
Trigify doesn’t pull in all engagements instantly on day one.
Instead, it syncs daily for 7 days after a post is published, ensuring it captures new likes and comments as they roll in.
Posts with the green dot are still actively syncing.
What We Don’t Collect
Reposts (shares of another user’s post) are excluded. Only original posts are tracked.
Engagements beyond platform-imposed limits (e.g., Engagements after 3,000).
Private posts or posts outside of public visibility.
Common Reasons You Might See Missing Engagements
The post is older than 7 days (outside sync window).
Platform restrictions (e.g., Engagement display at 3,000).
Post is a repost/share (not collected).
Sync still in progress (check for green dot).
API restrictions or delays.
